Note: The best environmental temperature for the machine’s installation is under 35 degrees and placing a good ventilation environment which away from dust, humidity, direct sunlight to make the machine show the maximum performance.Please follow the relevant regulations construction to make the power, load and the grounding part.

1. Transport and installation of attention points

• Please do not dump or impact the machine during the transportation process.

• Please install the machine in the place which without the sunlight or the heating source, maintaining the good ventilation and away from the dust to ensure have a good working environment for the water chiller.

3.Please keep clean for the cold water machine surface, and regularly clean the condenser air filter to ensure that without dust.

B)Please check if below items are correct or not when at the first operation

• Check the related voltage and the phase is suitable for this model,please refer to the nameplate’s detail,the power of the water chiller is used in single phase and three-phase power supply,with the voltage can be single phase/three phase,the voltage with 1 PHASE 220V/50HZ,3PHASE 220V/50HZ,3 PHASE 380V/50HZ,4 PHASE 380V/50HZ(with the zero line)The power phase is R.S.T, the neutral line (zero line) N, the ground wire is E.

• Check the water injection of the water tank if it is reached to over the inlet position or not.

• Check the water tank is locked tightly and be connected correctly or not, Using the high pure water and chooseing the pipe diameter which can meet the requirements to prevent to produce abnormal sound caused from the overload of the pump motor.

• When entering to the temperature control function, adjusting the temperature of the cold water which required by the laser equipment, the temperature difference, the compressor current setting value and the compressor start delay time.

• Please try to avoid the water pump working without the water.

• When the water pump operate for the establishment of the normal water cycle, the micro controller received the correct information of the water cycle to give the compressor action instructions, after delay to start to work.
