Maintenance of commerical deck bakery oven
- After using the oven, turn off the power supply and the LPG switch. Open the exhaust door of the oven to expel the smog to outside.
- Clean the oven inside or outside and observing glass.
- Check the power wire and the LPG’s pipes frequently. When finding breakage or crack, change it immediately.
Warning: It is prohibited to take water or corrosive liquid to clean the oven.
